Welcome to BOB AI LLC, creators of BOB AI, a technology platform that helps small businesses effortlessly create and publish their own social media content.
By accessing or using our website, messaging interface, or related technology (“Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using BOB AI LLC’s technology, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Services Provided

BOB AI LLC provides a technology platform designed to make social media content creation and publishing effortless for small businesses. BOB AI LLC does not manage, edit, or approve user content; our technology simply facilitates the process of content creation and publication, based on your inputs and authorizations. All content published through our technology is initiated and controlled by the user.

 

Our Services include:

  • Software tools that assist users in generating, scheduling, and publishing their own social media content based on user-provided media and inputs;

  • Automated analytics, performance summaries, and trend insights to help users understand engagement patterns and improve their own posting strategies; and

  • Educational or motivational communications that help users learn, stay consistent, and take informed action in managing their online presence. All recommendations, insights, or suggestions provided by our technology are automatically generated for informational and educational purposes only. They are not marketing advice, consulting, or content management services.

If you connect your social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, or others) to our platform, you authorize BOB AI LLC to post or interact with those platforms on your behalf using their APIs, strictly within the permissions you grant.

We make no guarantees regarding business outcomes, engagement, or performance results from use of our technology.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all content you upload, submit, or publish through our technology.

  • Ensuring that any content posted through your connected social media accounts complies with applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules.

You retain full ownership of your submitted content but grant BOB AI LLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the Services and for marketing purposes.

You may not use our technology for any illegal, harmful, or prohibited purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, tools, and materials provided by BOB AI LLC are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of our technology without written permission.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payments for subscriptions or services are due as specified at the time of purchase.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion.

6. Consent to Receive Messages

By texting or messaging us, you consent to receive messages from BOB AI LLC related to your account, updates, and product information.
You may reply “STOP” to opt out or “HELP” for support. Messaging and data rates may apply.

7. Content We Do Not Allow

We prohibit sending any content that is illegal, harmful, unwanted, inappropriate, objectionable, confirmed to be criminal misinformation, or otherwise poses a threat to the public, even if the content is permissible by law. Other prohibited uses include:

 

Anything that is illegal in the jurisdiction where the message recipient lives.

 

Cannabis: Messages related to cannabis are not allowed in the United States as federal laws prohibit its sale, even though some states have legalized it. Similarly, messages related to CBD are not permissible in the United States, as certain states prohibit its sale.

 

Prescription Medication: Offers for prescription medication that cannot legally be sold over-the-counter are prohibited in the United States.

 

Hate speech, harassment, exploitative, abusive, or any communications that originate from a hate group.

 

Fraudulent messages.

 

Malicious content, such as malware or viruses.

 

Sexually explicit or offensive content.

 

Any content that is designed to intentionally evade filters.

8. Facebook and Instagram Integrations

Use of Facebook and Instagram via our platform is subject to Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

 

You may revoke our access to your Facebook or Instagram account at any time via your Meta account settings. When access is revoked, we will immediately cease all access and remove associated tokens from our systems.

9. Data Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing jon@donebybob.ai.
We will remove all associated data (including access tokens and connected account data) from our systems within seven (7) days.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our technology at any time for violations of these Terms or other reasons.

11. Limitation of Liability

BOB AI LLC provides technology “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for the performance of your social media accounts or any content you choose to publish.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our technology after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maine.
