Data Deletion Request

BOB AI LLC is committed to respecting your privacy and providing transparency around your data. If you have connected a Facebook or Instagram account to our service and would like to request deletion of your personal data, please follow the instructions below.

What Data Can Be Deleted

Upon request, we will delete any of the following information associated with your use of our service:

• Facebook or Instagram access tokens

• Page IDs and Instagram Business Account IDs

• Any Meta-connected data stored by our service

• Social media post history and drafts (if applicable)

• User profile data such as your name and email address

How to Request Data Deletion

To initiate a data deletion request, please email us at:

Once we verify your identity, we will process the deletion of your data within seven (7) days.

How to Revoke Access via Meta Platforms

You may also revoke access to your connected accounts directly through Facebook or Instagram:

After revoking access, your access tokens are automatically invalidated, and we will remove the associated data from our systems.
